SitePREP Sales Representative 

Based in Carrollton, GA 121G is a capital investment, business advisory and technology development firm focused on helping startup and early stage companies intelligently scale, accelerate revenue and innovate.  Our seasoned leadership team has been building and advising high performing companies for over 20 years and work alongside entrepreneurs, executives, and investors to strategically guide and grow businesses.

SitePREP, a 121G company, enables users to quickly and easily record, compile and distribute photo-based, geo-located reports from any mobile device.  Initially developed for environmental and civil engineers, SitePREP is a simple and powerful app used to collect field data and generate status reports right from the jobsite.  SitePREP serves a broad set of markets, including public agencies, engineering firms, real estate developers, construction firms, financial institutions, insurance companies, public utilities and facilities management firms.

 

What we’re looking for:

Smart, highly energetic and self-motivated sales representative, who is excited about the opportunity of getting involved on the “ground floor” of a business opportunity with great upside.  This sales position offers great opportunity for personal contribution to building a new business and a unique opportunity to develop entrepreneurial skills. This sales representative must have solid verbal and written communication skills and must be comfortable with e-mail, social media and on-line tools as a means of sales lead generation.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Identify targets and create contact lists based on SitePREP customer profiles

  • Qualify and develop inbound leads over the phone and through e-mail

  • Conduct high-level conversations with different sales leads and prospect accounts with the goal of setting sales demonstrations and/or meetings

  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our HubSpot CRM system

  • Managing qualified sales opportunities through a sales cycle and customer contracting.

 

You must have:

  • A highly motivated work ethic and drive for personal development

  • A willingness to adapt and evolve skills and processes to ensure sales success

  • An ability to learn and execute a proven process to generate new business opportunities

  • Strong phone, e-mail and social media communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience booking discovery calls with prospects and managing sales pipelines is a plus

Compensation:

Base salary plus sales commission.
